PACKAGING TYPE

Single and multi-layer packaging

Packaging for the food sector is produced for different types of packaging through single and multi-layer films of BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, PA etc. Our packaging is designed with the product at its center and meeting the following requirements: Store the food optimally, protecting it from contact with the outside, preserving its flavors and guaranteeing a high level of convenience and hermeticity to respect its organoleptic qualities. In addition, thanks to the advice of our experts, we aim to enhance the evocative image that stimulates the purchase.

Doypack

When we talk about doypack we refer to a format of envelopes, made with different materials, called stand-up due to the side welds and the bottom that allow the bag to stay in a vertical position. The aim is to create a product that is attractive and visible on the shelves, which appeals to consumers and has an appealing design. At the same time it is practical and can also be reused by the consumer, preserving the integrity of the product for a long time. Doypack envelopes and bags can be made of different plastic materials but also paper, with the possibility of window, zip and European hole. This packaging is also available in transparent version, ideal to fully enhance products that can be exposed to light. Doypack packs offer a high barrier to oxygen, moisture and odours, with the possibility of storing solid foods but also pastes, powders and liquids.

Packaging paper/plastic

Paper/plastic packaging can be window-sealed and combine the naturalness of paper with the practicality of product visibility. A solution that combines aesthetics, functionality and respect for the environment.

Environmental Sustainability. The paper we use comes from FSC-certified sources and, combined with a recyclable or compostable window, helps to reduce our environmental impact. We also already offer Aticelca certified packaging facilities and are ready to develop new ones, with the aim of further improving recyclability without compromising the efficiency and aesthetics of the packaging

Easy to dispose of: Designed for recycling or composting (depending on technical specifications), they promote sustainable waste management.

Product Enhancement. The strategic transparency through the window allows to show the product to the consumer, improving the shopping experience and increasing trust in the content. The paper gives a premium and sustainable look, ideal for those looking for an eco-friendly image for their brand.

Functional and versatile. Ideal for food (bread, pasta, snacks, dried fruit) and non-food products, such as cosmetics and handicrafts. Wide print possibilities to communicate corporate values, logos and attractive designs while maintaining a natural style. Position the product as responsible and innovative, responding to growing consumer demands for sustainable solutions

Biodegradable compostable packaging

Recyclable mono-materials:
Single material PP

Polypropylene (PP) mono-material represents the new frontier of flexible packaging, combining sustainability, efficiency and high performance. Discover the main advantages:

Environmental Sustainability. Being entirely made of PP, the single material is completely recyclable, facilitating end-of-life management. It also promotes a circular economy with the possibility of using ISCC+ certified recycled material. Supports corporate strategies towards responsible resource management and reduction of environmental impact.

Excellent Technical Performance. Protects the contents from moisture thanks to the barrier properties of the material. Ideal for high-speed packaging processes, thanks to its high tensile strength and wear resistance.

Design and Versatility. Perfect for food, pharmaceutical and industrial packaging thanks to its flexibility and lightness. Offers excellent printing possibilities, ensuring attractive and communicative packaging with an excellent transparency that allows the product to be seen.

Cost-effective, material reduction.   Lightweight packaging optimises transport and storage, reducing logistics costs. The monostructure eliminates the need to separate different materials, simplifying the processing and recycling process.

PE Single Material

Polyethylene (PE) mono-material is the ideal choice for modern, sustainable and high performance flexible packaging. The main advantages are:

Environmental Sustainability. It is fully recyclable thanks to its pure PE composition, the mono-material is perfectly compatible with existing recycling systems. It also promotes a circular economy with the possibility of using ISCC+ certified recycled material. Supports corporate strategies towards responsible resource management and reduction of environmental impact.

High Technical Performance. Ideal for applications that require a robust and safe welding, improving the protection of the contents. It guarantees excellent performance during transport and packaging, even in high-speed processes.

Versatility of use. Perfect for food packaging, cosmetics, chemicals and industrial applications, thanks to its compatibility with different needs. It allows for an attractive design with high quality prints for a professional and recognizable look.

Cost-effective, material reduction. Lightweight packaging optimises transport and storage, reducing logistics costs. The monostructure eliminates the need to separate different materials, simplifying the processing and recycling process.

Biodegradable compostable packaging

We can offer flexible packaging that is biodegradable and compostable, designed to reduce environmental impact and complies with the highest international standards, including TÜV Austria OK Compost, Ensuring their ability to degrade in both domestic and industrial composting. Biodegradability refers to the disposal of materials. A plastic can be called biodegradable if it decomposes into water and carbon dioxide within an unspecified time due to biological processes.

One advantage of compostable films is the complete decomposition, if the packaging is disposed of with industrial compost, after disposal only carbon dioxide and water remain. This means that this type of packaging is definitely more environmentally friendly than conventional plastic, the remains of which can be found everywhere.

Recycled packaging

Webring sustainability to life by offering flexible packaging solutions that combine post-consumer recycled materials (PCR) and the assurance of ISCC+ certification. This approach allows us to meet high expectations in terms of quality, safety and respect for the environment. Flexible films produced from post-consumer granules can be used in many applications, with good performance in terms of resistance to tear, protection of materials against sun rays and atmospheric agents and prevention of damage during transport, the handling and storage of palletized goods, on which packaging can be modelled.
